God is for us!

“If God is for us, who can be against us?”

                                                Romans 8:31

Words cannot adequately express the gratitude that should be ours in light of these words. God is for you. God is on your side. God has already given everything He had to give to express His eternal love and concern for your life. He is not waiting for some star-struck moment in which you outshine all others and finally earn His approval, notice, or affection. No, He who “did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for (you)… will He not also graciously give you all things?”

 

Though this world be against you… God is for you.

Though insults may be flung in your direction…God is for you.

Though you may be treated with harsh judgments, mocking sneers, and sarcasm… God is ever for you.

Though you face difficulty, weakness, discouragement, frustration, sorrow, sickness, hardship, and countless enemies, the Lord is not counted in the ranks of the opposition!

Sister! Lift up your head. Whatever may be against you, it is lowly. Temporary. Incapable of destroying the future glory that awaits you and is yours in Christ. He is for you.  

Raise up this banner and live under it’s train of victory.
